Managed service provider successfully attains ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 certifications for ensuring continually high standards.
Node4, the cloud, data centre and communications solutions provider, has today announced the completion of its ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 audits for Quality Management and Energy Management. These certifications confirm that Node4 has implemented Quality Management System requirements for all areas of the business, as well as improved energy efficiency and use.
The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental international organisation that sets world-class specifications for products, services and systems, to ensure quality, safety and efficiency. To achieve ISO standard certifications, a UKAS-accredited auditor examines internal documentation and processes in Stage 1. In Stage 2, the auditor looks across the business at what functions and controls are in place that is aligned to the policies and processes that the company has defined and documented.
“We are delighted to have confirmed our latest ISO standards for Quality and Energy Management,” commented Tom Needs, COO at Node4. “These certifications highlight the dedication we place on our internal management processes, and gives our customers confidence that we are working to the highest standards to help the environment while providing the highest quality service. Meeting the ISO standards is a level we strive to maintain, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service that customers can rely on.”
