Andrew Gilbert at 31 years is arguably the youngest business leader in the IT sector for the size of turnover/company and now heads up an organisation that has a turnover of £11 million in the space of only six years. In its’ formative years the company experienced a growth of 150% per year, and even in the tough economic climate today, has maintained a growth rate of 60% year on year for the last three years. Having begun his entrepreneurial journey at the tender age of 23, it is unsurprising that Ernst and Young have nominated him as one of the finalists for Entrepreneur of the Year 2011.
