Node4’s contribution to the channel recognised as cloud infrastructure platform and services receive prestigious channel award at ceremony in London
Node4, the UK-based cloud, data centre and communications provider, has been handed the accolade of Cloud Services Provider of the Year by a 25-strong panel of industry experts at the CRN Channel Awards 2018. The award win highlights the impact Node4 has made on the channel through its products, services and partnerships over the past 12 months, including the introduction of its Services Gateway.
The annual CRN Awards take into account the ability to deliver real benefits to the end user and this was demonstrated by Node4’s long standing partnerships. Node4’s Exceptional Service as a Standard (ESaaS) also ensures the peace of mind and flexibility to meet any customer requirements and its this understanding that has enabled a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +42 (up +3 from FY 2017-18).
All Node4’s products and services are available through connecting into its Services Gateway, giving partners the ability to offer end users the ability to integrate with wholly owned infrastructure as well as other platforms such as public cloud. Node4’s own cloud platform is openly flexible, and allows partners to leverage its Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and private cloud, as well as other cloud-based services such as collaboration, back-up, DR and storage.
“Winning CRN’s Cloud Services Provider of the Year Award is a huge honour, and gives recognition to the great work that our team has put in to make our cloud services stand out in a crowded market,” commented Andy Wilson, Director of Channel Sales at Node4. “Our partners have the ability to tap into and offer our wholly-owned infrastructure as well as our cloud services. With nearly 1,000 customers and partners, we are extremely grateful to receive this award to highlight how Node4 is continuing to provide them all with the highest quality services.”
