We are pleased to announce that we have been officially named as one of 2022’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ for Large Organisations, as collated by Great Place to Work.
The prestigious list, which Node4 has featured on for two successive years, is based on colleague feedback and is complied thanks to a comprehensive survey representing nearly 20,000 employees working across the UK’s tech industry. Carried out by Great Place to Work, it aims to find the best tech organisations to work for in the country.
A GREAT PLACE TO WORK IN UK TECH, two years running
Great Place to Work’s stringent criteria focuses on several key aspects when compiling its shortlist of organisations, 85% of which is based purely on feedback provided by employees. The survey asks employees to evaluate their workplace with over 60 questions, including:
- Their trust in their organisation
- If they can reach their full human potential with their organisation
- Whether they feel valued by their organisation
In addition to this feedback, Great Place to Work also assess every organisation’s daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values and the effectiveness of its leadership to gain a true picture of its true qualities.
As a large organisation (defined as 251-1000 employees), this recognition reaffirms our commitment to providing a truly great workplace for all our colleagues.
