Europe’s number one IT event was a raving success again this year with more than 15,000 visitors travelling to London to attend October’s IP Expo Europe.

Node4’s Mobile Solutions Centre (MSC) was a prominent, popular stand for the two-day event; promoting our top solutions for three of today’s most relevant business challenges: detection and protection, the future of digital transformation, and optimised workplace operations.

Our MSC offered live demonstrations on video conferencing, IM, Presence and WebEx, giving visitors a thorough understanding of how our portfolio can solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.

We were on-hand to answer any technical questions and met some really interesting people from CEOs to CTOs, and a wealth of knowledgeable specialists from different fields. Our area was buzzing. One lucky visitor also won a free GoPro after entering into our Twitter competition.

Joining a host of great speakers, like Professor Brian Cox OBE, our Solutions Specialist, Steve Denby, presented a popular seminar on ‘The MSP 4.0’, and how the work environment will change with Generation Z soon to take up at least 20% of the workforce.

The demographic expectations for collaborative working will likely alter the way businesses adapt to technologies in order to allow more efficient working practises to attract and retain talent. The seminar covered what the emergence of MSP 4.0 means for business, the benefits of consolidating your supplier list to one comprehensive IT provider, and what to look for when transitioning to an SLA-based IT service.
